Commercial boiler installation at office in Tunbridge Wells February 04, 2019 These are photos of a recent project completed by Prestige Plumbing in our local town of Tunbridge Wells. In this office block housing Natwest Banking Business Centre and various other creative companies, we replaced two old, inefficient gas fired boilers, with two new Viessmann units. To protect the new boilers, we installed them via a plate heat exchanger, meaning they will only circulate high quality water. We over sized the plate heat exchanger to allow for fouling. 5 months later we have had reports of fuel saving costs for the building as well as increased comfort levels.
