| This substantial house is situated in the heart of Dunorlan Park, in Tunbridge Wells.
The original mansion was built in 1863, but sadly fell into decline after years of abuse and bombing during the 1940ís.
The new property was built in the early 1960ís and was the height of modern architecture.
Some parts of the old house remain, and an original retaining wall runs right through the indoor swimming pool area.
The house had not been renovated since the 1980ís and was everything was starting to look very dated and tired.
We completed a full renovation on the property and are visiting again in September to demolish the old annex, and build a new more modern building.
It was a privilege to work on such a beautiful property. As always, it is satisfying to take something with so much potential and restore it to its former glory.
Our work mainly comprised of:
• New floors.
• New Bathrooms.
• New Kitchen.
• New cloakroom.
• New electrics.
• Alterations to heating.
• Full redecoration.
